dc.description.abstract	Seven species belonging to the Division Chlorophyta and Rhodophyta are described. Among them Caulerpa minuta is new species and another six species: Avrainvillea capituliformis, Trichosolen hainanensis, Scinaia sp, Halymenia harveyana, Carpopeltis maillardii, Laurencia flexilis, are first records of alagal flora of Vietnam.
