Abstract:
During the period from December 2008 to September 2009, five surveys were conducted to collect samples. In December 2008 larval occurs on average of 1.76 individual/100m3. In February 2009 the same fish was also obtained but with relatively low density with 1-3 ind./100m3, averaging only 1.83 ind./100m3. In April 2009, the average density is 5.43 ind./100m3, in July 2009 is 12.5 ind./100m3 and in September 2009 also is 2.97 ind./100m3. The larval season is from July to August annually. The larval varieties appear in the sampling stations in the Cung Hau estuary, Lang Nuoc estuary, Dong Cao estuary, Dinh An estuary and coastal line from Ho Thung hamlet to Phuoc Thien hamlet. However, the density of larval was found to be most concentrated in Dong Cao estuaries and coastal line from Ho Thung hamlet to Phuoc Thien hamlet.
